Belhaven College is a Christian liberal arts college with a rich heritage of prominence in education dating back to 1883. The campus is located on a beautiful forty-two acre site in a historic residential neighborhood, near the heart of Jackson, the capital of Mississippi. It has contributed to the intellectual, cultural and spiritual growth of both the city and the State.
The Mississippi Symphony, the Jackson Opera, the Singing Christmas Tree and world renowned Ballet Magnificat! all had their origin at Belhaven. The campus also serves as the residential village and rehearsal center for the International Ballet Competition.
